Chef Greg Reid
Culinary Delights Column: Chef Greg Reid was born in Newfoundland, and spent most of his young years in the Atlantic Region before enrolling at The Culinary Institute of Canada in Charlottetown. Upon graduating, Greg began his quest west. During a stint at one of the day’s top Canadian restaurants in Regina, Greg participated in Canada’s The Next Great Chef. Continuing on to Vancouver, Greg prepared meals alongside some of Canada’s most celebrated chefs: Bruno Marti at La Belle Auberge, Warren Geraghty at West Restaurant, Daniel Boulud’s db Bistro Moderne and ‘Canada’s Top Chef’, Dale Mackay, at The Ensemble Restaurant Group.
