Culinary Delights Column: Chef David Hawksworth is one of Canada’s most acclaimed and talented chefs. He has worked in Michelin-starred restaurants such as L’Escargot and The Square in Europe, as well as heading the award-winning kitchen at West in Vancouver for seven years. Most recently, he has opened his own restaurant, Hawksworth, at the Rosewood Hotel Georgia in Vancouver. Chef Hawksworth has received numerous awards, including Chef of the Year, and is the youngest-ever inductee to the B.C. Restaurant Hall of Fame.
